Working as a sommelier, I discovered this incredible practice, yoga, in 2013. Being a single mom of an 11-month-old boy, rather than falling into sadness and guilt, I decided to take control of my life and become the best mother in the world. Yoga helped me do that and I can now say it has saved my life !! In addition to making me a better mom, I became a better woman, girlfriend, sister and daughter. This practice has become constant in my life. I also discovered that meditation day after day helped me to concentrate, calm myself and have a clearer focus on my life. In 2015 my only goal was to give back to others what Yoga had brought me.
In early 2016 I left for Costa Rica to follow my training as a yoga teacher. The most rewarding experience of my life. I then began to teach my loved ones and new groups of people of all ages and styles.
Several styles of yoga define me, I will even go so far as to say that they are all important to me. I believe that we must adapt our yoga style according to the day, the time, the moment and especially our state of mind. Meditative, relaxing, stretching, power yoga and yoga flow are several styles that we can practice depending on our mood; Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga ...
The intention that guides me in my classes is to create a framework where consciousness, gentleness and respect is present. Through practice I want to promote introspection, appeasement, balance, power and, by the same token, healing. Each participant is encouraged to practice according to the characteristics of his body, his level of experience, his general condition at the moment and his own intentions.
