A walking club to your workplace in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa!
We can help you to organize a walking club at your workplace. Medical studies show that walking, even if only 30 minutes a day, can benefit your heart, help control your weight, diabetes, and prevent other chronic diseases. Walking releases endorphins and will give you a sense of accomplishment and well-being. We can help you to create your walking club at your workplace; we can even participate to guide and motivate your group of walkers. As we lead the group we will use this time to promote fitness and healthy living tips with the participants. To motivate the group to walk longer and faster we may use technology if needed.
