I volunteer once a week at the Ismaili Jamat Khana Centre by running a circuit training class, combining the elements of cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance into the daily lives of my participants.
I am a personal trainer with a motivating personal story. I have been involved in sports for the last 22 years, and in fitness specifically, for the past 5 years. In 2005, I took a look at myself in the mirror, and challenged myself. Over a period of 4 years, I had gained a lot of unwanted weight, so I hired a trainer to help me lose the excess weight and began my journey into fitness.
After losing 50 pounds and realizing how great I felt about myself, I decided to change my career path and journeyed to become a Personal Trainer in Calgary. I enjoy personal training because I can challenge my clients to become healthier, more active, lose weight, increase flexibility, balance, and achieve their goals. My personal journey in working my way from an 18 dress size to a 6 dress size enables me to support, motivate, and excite my clients.
I can customize to suit anyone’s individual needs. My focus is to assist my clients in meeting their goals, motivating them and making sure they enjoy their journey through this amazing, life changing experience!
