Our semi-private or group fitness training sessions are very affordable and allows you to train with a partner, friends or with your family. This is a fun workout! Train with a team to motivate one another and have a daily routine of physical activities with the help of your personal trainer.

Along with one, two or three others in a team, our training group exercise sessions are one hour long. Whether you decide to train in a group outdoors, in one of our private studios or at any location of your choice, the frequency of workouts can be two, three or more times per week.
