Our semi-private or group fitness training is a very affordable and popular solution and allows you to train with frineds, family members or with coworkers. A fun workout ! Work as a team to motivate and help each other and create together a routine of daily physical activity. We can also train your group for your obstacle race.
The physical training group session is one hour long. You can get in shape with one, two or three friends and work as a team and will help to create a healthy lifestyle. You just have to choose the frequency, one, two or three times per week and the location of your choice and we will be sending you our personal trainer to teach you the fitness class.
